TAC fee schedule 2026: rates by service
The Transport Accident Commission publishes a maximum payment rate for every treatment type it funds, but scatters the schedules across separate pages by service. This page pulls attendant care, physiotherapy, psychology and neuropsychology, occupational therapy, chiropractic and exercise physiology into one place, then breaks each one out onto its own page with the full rate detail, the approval rule that applies, and what it means whether you are the client or the one billing the TAC.

What these figures are, and are not
Every rate here is the TAC's own published maximum payment to a registered provider, not a bill sent to you and not an estimate. If a provider bills at or below the TAC rate and bills the TAC directly, you should not be out of pocket for that service. A gap fee can arise only if a provider charges above the TAC rate.
