Do I need TAC approval first?

Chiropractic is on the TAC's first-90-day list. The TAC can pay for it without prior approval as long as it is recommended by your doctor or health professional and relates to your accident injuries. Continuing past 90 days needs an Allied Health Treatment and Recovery Plan.

If your chiropractor bills at or below $59.47 for a standard consultation or $72.76 for the initial one, and bills the TAC directly, you should not be out of pocket.
